The Polish Section is the youngest among the AISCGre sections and joined in 2009. Among its activities there are, e.g.

• An annual National course in Gregorian Chant held in the month of July in Poznań
• The publication of the scientific review “Studia Gregoriańskie” once every year
• Gregorian weekends and “Dies Gregoriani” in various places throughout Poland
• Numerous Gregorian concerts
